Et pourtant, on en parle encore trop peu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La surcharge mentale n\u2019est pas un probl\u00e8me d\u2019organisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on croit, la surcharge mentale ne vient pas du fait de \u201cmal g\u00e9rer son temps\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle vient surtout :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 poser des limites,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du fait de vouloir anticiper, prot\u00e9ger, contr\u00f4ler,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de la peur de d\u00e9cevoir,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de l\u2019habitude de se mettre apr\u00e8s les autres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9sultat : m\u00eame quand vous \u00eates cens\u00e9e vous reposer, votre esprit reste en alerte. Vous \u00eates physiquement l\u00e0, mais mentalement ailleurs. C\u2019est \u00e9puisant. Et souvent tr\u00e8s culpabilisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi la surcharge mentale fatigue autant<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand votre cerveau est constamment sollicit\u00e9, il ne peut plus vraiment se poser.
