C\u2019est un <strong>cycle naturel<\/strong>, pas un manque de volont\u00e9.<br>Forcer un enfant ou un adulte \u00e0 \u201ctenir\u201d des heures d\u2019affil\u00e9e revient \u00e0 lui demander l\u2019impossible. Et c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;autant plus compliqu\u00e9 pour des sujets ayant un TDAH.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La concentration n\u2019est pas une question de force, mais de <strong>rythme et d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le cerveau, comme un estomac, sature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu\u2019on le surcharge d\u2019informations, la m\u00e9moire de travail se bloque : c\u2019est la <strong>surcharge cognitive<\/strong> (Sweller, 1988).<br>\u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, <strong>apprendre plus ne sert \u00e0 rien<\/strong> : le cerveau ne peut plus encoder. \u00c0 ce stade, continuer \u00e0 apprendre revient \u00e0\u2026 manger alors qu\u2019on n\u2019a plus faim. Faire une <strong>pause<\/strong>, <strong>bouger<\/strong>, <strong>respirer<\/strong> \u2014 ce n\u2019est pas \u201cperdre du temps\u201d.<br>C\u2019est <strong>aider le cerveau \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer l\u2019information<\/strong> et \u00e0 consolider ce qu\u2019il vient d\u2019int\u00e9grer.<br>C\u2019est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 <strong>favoriser la m\u00e9morisation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apprendre mieux, c\u2019est apprendre autrement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les recherches en psychologie cognitive et en neuro\u00e9ducation montrent que l\u2019apprentissage est plus efficace lorsqu\u2019il est :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>actif<\/strong> (on manipule, on reformule, on explique)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00e9motionnellement marquant<\/strong> (on rit, on s\u2019\u00e9tonne, on est curieux)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>espac\u00e9 dans le temps<\/strong> (on r\u00e9vise plusieurs fois plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une seule fois longtemps)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 C\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle la <strong>r\u00e9p\u00e9tition espac\u00e9e<\/strong> : le cerveau consolide les informations entre deux s\u00e9ances, pendant le repos et le sommeil.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" src=\"https:\/\/tiphanie-psycoach.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/pexels-pixabay-159711-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-483\" style=\"width:449px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tiphanie-psycoach.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/pexels-pixabay-159711-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/tiphanie-psycoach.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/pexels-pixabay-159711-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tiphanie-psycoach.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/pexels-pixabay-159711-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tiphanie-psycoach.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/pexels-pixabay-159711.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le plaisir, le jeu et le mouvement : des alli\u00e9s du cerveau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9motion et le plaisir activent la <strong>dopamine<\/strong>, un neurotransmetteur cl\u00e9 de la motivation et de la m\u00e9moire (Cahill &amp; McGaugh, 1998).<br>Le mouvement, lui, am\u00e9liore la concentration et l\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation du cerveau (Ratey, 2008).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelques id\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mettre le cours en musique,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remplacer les mots pour des images,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marcher tout en \u00e9coutant un podcast scolaire,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expliquer sa le\u00e7on \u00e0 un ami\u2026 ou \u00e0 son chien,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transformer des personnages historiques en figures loufoques,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e9er un quiz ou une carte mentale ludique&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apprendre en s\u2019amusant n\u2019est pas une perte de temps \u2014 c\u2019est <strong>un levier de m\u00e9morisation \u00e0 long terme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le bon rythme : alterner focus et pause<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une m\u00e9thode simple et efficace : la <strong>m\u00e9thode Pomodoro<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>25\u201330 minutes de concentration r\u00e9elle<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5\u201310 minutes de pause authentique<\/strong> (pas d\u2019\u00e9cran !)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et on recommence. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On respire, on fractionne, on laisse le cerveau \u201cdig\u00e9rer\u201d.
