Et tu n\u2019as pas \u00e0 continuer comme \u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca5 Le stress, quand il d\u00e9borde&#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le stress, \u00e0 petites doses, est une r\u00e9action naturelle et utile : il nous pousse \u00e0 agir, \u00e0 nous adapter.<br>Mais quand il devient <strong>chronique<\/strong>, il se transforme en \u00e9puisement mental, \u00e9motionnel et physique.<br>Et parfois, on ne s\u2019en rend m\u00eame pas compte tout de suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les signes d\u2019alerte sont souvent l\u00e0, pourtant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tu te sens vid\u00e9\u00b7e \u00e0 la fin de chaque journ\u00e9e, sans \u00e9nergie pour quoi que ce soit d\u2019autre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu deviens irritable, hypersensible ou au contraire totalement \u00e9teint\u00b7e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu fais des insomnies, ou tu cogites sans fin avant de dormir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu ressens une boule dans le ventre, une tension constante, un mal-\u00eatre diffus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu te dis souvent : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Je n\u2019y arrive plus\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, <em>\u00ab\u00a0J\u2019en peux plus\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, <em>\u00ab\u00a0Faut que je tienne\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udde0 Le mental en mode hamster<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les p\u00e9riodes de stress prolong\u00e9, notre cerveau passe en <strong>mode survie<\/strong>.<br>On rumine. On imagine le pire. On veut tout anticiper.<br>Mais \u00e0 force de courir dans tous les sens mentalement, on s\u2019\u00e9puise sans avancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le souci ? On finit par croire que c\u2019est <em>normal<\/em> de vivre comme \u00e7a.<br>Ou pire, que c\u2019est de notre faute si on n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 tout g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non. Ce n\u2019est pas toi qui es \u00ab\u00a0trop fragile\u00a0\u00bb.<br>C\u2019est peut-\u00eatre ton syst\u00e8me qui te crie qu\u2019il est <strong>temps de ralentir, de respirer, de te recentrer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\uded1 Tu as le droit de t\u2019arr\u00eater<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Respire un instant. Ferme les yeux. Et demande-toi :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Qu\u2019est-ce qui est vraiment urgent ?
